Avocado smoothies are probably my favorite thing ever. I already ate a ton today, but I don’t even care that I just made myself one, because they are that good. I think my grandmother is the person to have first made me one, and I am eternally grateful for that. That, and 11 years of helping me with the piano.
They are pretty easy to make, but I don’t know the exact measurements. I just eyeball it:
1 avocado (duh)
Condensed Milk— I’d say around five tablespoons, but I really don’t know.
For a more yogurt-y texture, I’d skip the milk. And adjust the amount of condensed milk you add, depending on how strong your sweet tooth is.
I’m guessing most squids make a yucky face when they first read the words “avocado smoothie”, but I promise they are spectacular, so TRY IT!
